Your deposit reserves your event date, and is non-refundable or transferable. 

The date of your final payment, is the final day to make any changes to your order. 

Delivery and set up are an additional charge.

We are not responsible for any damages to the cake after setup or pickup is complete. 

If you assign pick-up to someone else they assume all responsibility, and liability for the condition of the order once it leaves our possession. 

Our products may contain or encounter milk, wheat, soy, nuts, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guest of this risk, and hold us harmless for any allergic reactions. 

You agree that we can make adjustments as needed to make your cake as close to the photo as possible. 

If deposit or payment is not paid after 48 hours of the invoice being sent, the invoice will be canceled. If we resend the invoice, and it is not paid within 2 hours the order will then be canceled, and your date will no longer be reserved. 

If you miss your designated pick up time, you understand that your cake may not be available for pick-up until a later time due to other other deliveries, and appointments. 

If an order is accepted the week of your event, FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE to reserve your date, because it is a last minute order.

All deliveries must be made before 5pm 

Submitting your deposit means you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of Pretty Dope Cakes LLC.
